Dear readers

Two heads ups:

1. I am not on Twitter but my wife informs me of a fun Terfy poll that is taking place with one day left to vote. Get stuck in 😊 https://twitter.com/fem_mb/status/1740325650383122510

2. I already have so many notes in My Little Purple (Terfy) Book that I will have to do a further final 2023 update on Friday - then the next one after that will DEFINITELY be in the New Year. 😎

That last bit of Laurel singing with a female voice must surely mean that he had a secret desire to be a woman. Isn’t it time he was retrospectively transed? 🙄

🤣Hahaha yes let's hope the TRAs don't get hold of this because they love transing history!!!!

Did you listen to Barry about Noel Coward on the BBC!!!

Great impersonations of Noel Coward and Kenneth Williams by Barry. I was brought up in London and , when I was at university there, I used to go jogging in Regents Park and would frequently jog past Kenneth on his constitutional and wish him good morning.

As Kenneth said: 'Infamy, infamy, they've all got it in for me!'

Yes I did. I can remember when calling someone queer was the worst possible insult. What a joke the BBC has become.

I didn't watch any of the BBC over Christmas. I watched the King's Speech on Sky on the iPad!

Dusty

NB Sky can be a bit Woo as well but nowhere near as bad as the BBC!

BTW I watched the Laughing Auditor ( at the launch of the Lesbian Project) again before re-posting it and do watch it again if you haven't already - it is priceless. " He called me a fascist. I'm offended. Go and arrest him." His slow realisation that these people are nutters is wonderful!

Good idea, might do it now. We’ve got a couple of free hours before our grandsons birthday party. We’re doing a Harry Potter murder mystery!

Harry Potter! Marvellous idea! JKR would be proud of you 😊

Our second youngest grandchild got from my wife and me two presents one of which was Harry Potter and the Deadly Hallows 😊

The youngest ( whose reading isn't great) got Maurice Sendak's classic 'Where the Wild Things Are' - recommended
