Forgot to say that I completed the govt consultation yesterday and it was really easy. My main theme was that no school should ever socially transition a child, not just because of the danger of putting that child on the path to medical intervention, but because it’s a psychological experiment on all the other children who see adults lying, adults coercing them into lying, that it destroys their developing judgement and it teaches girls that they are second class citizens below the new special boys and it destroys their safeguarding instincts. This is a rough paraphrase but it might help someone. Sorry about the long sentence! 😄

Even though this is huge, I’m not holding my breath. There have been so many horror stories but the wilfully blind and deaf still don’t care enough to listen.

Thank you for this comprehensive run-down of events. Such a lot happening! I find it interesting that the boy whose parents have been kicking up a fuss because he is not being accepted onto a girls' team is not trans-identifying - so, just a boy, who wants to play on the girls team. Why should there be any question of their accepting him?
