Both this update and the last one, They Call me Trinity, are proving a bit sluggish in terms of viewing figures so, if you can push them around, that would be appreciated.
Obviously I am aware that most of the 'heroes' in the Westerns are male, so I am thinking of moving on very shortly to a general Heroes ( to include Heroines) series which can encompass all different categories of film. All thoughts gratefully received 😊
Here's one of my favourite heroines ( as regular readers will know):
There’s a larping man at the LWS wearing a thought criminal t shirt. At least Mr Menno has a topknot. The thought criminal hasn’t even removed his beard. Shocking story though! 😁
I think you're referring to a guy called Steve. My wife and I had a chat with him afterwards. It is a shocking story. I liked his use of the suffragette umbrella as a prop! Menno and him got to speak because there were no more women who wanted to speak ( that's the rule at LWS 😊). We also had a chat to the bloke who was the 'witness' to the incident and who got marched off by the police from a previous LWS for not giving his name and address - then they searched him and found his wallet. Then they gave his name and address to the assailant!! You couldn't make it up. Someone needs to write this story down!! I might try and get permission to do that.
I had a chat with Menno and said that I thought that toilets were almost top of the list of women's spaces because every woman and girl has to avail themselves of a public toilet at some stage.
I have now been to 5 LWS events and that was only the second one where I could hear the speakers (apart from the ones who were speaking too quietly) which was great!
I remember the music from when I was a kid; I loved it. The film wasn’t bad, either. Mr menno’s speech was excellent I thought. As for the rest of the shenanigans of the government, the gender lobby & non-free speech brigade: 😤😡🤬

🤣 I thought it might be you! You’re going to tell me that you’re the image of a young de Niro now aren’t you.
Yes, very shocking story. It should really be recorded.
I’ve accidentally liked my own comment btw. Can you remove it 🤪
Haha I wish, TT. There were a few of us with Thought Criminal T shirts .
Don’t worry about liking your own comment 😄 I’ve done that before instead of clicking reply!

PS forgot to say thanks, Dusty. Will share.
You're welcome, Liz , and thanks as ever for sharing which is very useful

Hi Liz
Meant to agree that Menno was excellent as ever. His support of LWS is very important I think.
