Re the first item. To quote Winnie the Pooh, I’m a “bear of very little brain” so I tend to leave the legal analysis to you. What I thought it might be saying in a long winded way, was that ordinary opinions may not be protected under the law if we constantly have to claim that our opinions are our beliefs. Our opinions would have to fulfil certain criteria in order to qualify for protection under the law. I’m probably talking twaddle and I’m happy to be reassured by you. Can’t think what they mean by a secular theocracy though.
I’ve never seen the Triggernometry chaps so emotional as they were at the end of the Glinner interview. Can’t believe they hadn’t heard of the Denton’s document. Just shows what a good job its done! And the interview with Andrew Doyle is excellent, particularly the bit about the transing of gay kids. Very useful peaking material.

As usual, and contrary to what you say, your thoughts on the first item are spot on - it is unfortunate that we have to squeeze our acknowledgement of facts and reality under the heading of 'belief' but that is what we are stuck with. What makes me laugh is that the TRAs can't really say ' hold on, they don't think it's a belief they think it's a fact' because that would paint them into an even tighter corner 😂
Yes both those interviews are terrific. You are right - Denton's advice worked well for Stonewall et al perhaps until Kemi Badenoch stood up in the Commons!
My assistant moved in ( he is a stray who hung around our back door for 3 days and we have never managed to find the owner despite our best efforts) at about the same time as I started this substack - maybe he was sent by the God of the Terfs 🤣
