I am afraid that the Taoiseach is good at being disingenuous. He recently said he was unaware of a certain Barbie Kardashian. Now he doesn't really know much about trans issues. And he is gay to boot but overseeing a system where , as they say, the gay is being transed away!
It's all coming to a head, the Kardashian case, the LGFA, the taoiseachs comments, the school in Kerry. Against the backdrop of Sturgeon, Posie and that Nashville shooter.
The question I'd like to ask allies is this. Is there anything, theoretically, that you would NOT support, or what would you think is going too far. It makes people think (and then it happens in 3 months anyway)
Forest, well I'm with the Gandhi approach - see my piece on The March to the Salt Mine - and I think this is very much the approach of Standing for Women and others. Not that I am suggesting that we all need to get beaten up as the Hindus, Muslims and Sighs were there - but the violence and intimidation ( even to a passer by like the Laughing Auditor) shows up the vacuum behind their statements. As has been said, what kind of civil rights activists don't want to be filmed or identified? The Dentons advice to Stonewall of 'no debate' leads to the only way forward being threats and violence. They have no arguments!!
It sounds like he wants us to be re educated. It's new to us, is it. We don't know any better, do we not.
And, someone should ask him WHY is it a new thing. 4400% among adolescent girls in 8 years? Shouldn't we look at that?
Hi, Forest
Absolutely.

This time we are ready!
Dusty
God I hope so Dusty.
