UK - Larping Police Officers To Search Female Suspects
Sam Merriman in The Mail Online (Fury as Trans police officers will be allowed to strip-search women 25 February) reports:
Police chiefs were last night accused of taking ‘leave of their senses’ over new guidance on transgender officers carrying out strip-searches.
Proposals drawn up by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) would allow intimate body searches of women be carried out by biological males identifying as female - so long as they hold a certificate recognising their new gender.
Meanwhile, the guidance also features a reference to dealing with the use of any ‘prejudicial language’ by detainees who refuse to be examined by a trans officer.
It comes after the NPCC last year withdrew its policy allowing biological males identifying as female to intimately search women.
But under the proposed new guidance - seen by the Mail - forces would be advised that trans officers can still strip-search people of their newly acquired gender if they have relevant documentation.
The proposed new policy, which will be considered by police chiefs next month, would allow a ‘trans employee to search in line with their Gender Recognition Certificate’.
Another force, British Transport Police, already has similar guidance in place and is currently facing a judicial review by women’s rights groups over the policy.
Maya Forstater, chief executive of Sex Matters, said: ‘Paying £5 for a piece of paper from the government doesn’t turn a male police officer into a female one, any more than wearing a dress or putting on lipstick would.
‘We regard this guidance as a serious breach of the fundamental rights of female detainees.’
The document, titled Searching by Transgender Employees of the Police Service, says that the previous policy was withdrawn after the Equality Human Rights Commission advised it was unlawful.

UK - Gender Recognition Act
An appeal by Ryan Castelluci who wanted to be granted a gender recognition certificate declaring he was non-binary ( FFS ) has been dismissed by the Court of Appeal. Personally I don’t think he should have been allowed to get this far with this heap of nonsense!! Let’s just repeal the GRA!! The judgment is here but I am not encouraging you to waste your time reading it!

UK - NHS Off With The Woo!
EDI Jester has just reported in depth on the NHS heavily funded alphabet soup group. James Esses, on Matt Goodwin’s substack, continues that kind of theme.
The NHS has gone Woke
James Esses exposes how the NHS has been taken over by woke culture
Feb 25, 2025
Last week, I had a conversation with a leading cancer surgeon who has decades of experience in the NHS. Expecting him to tell me how fulfilling the work is and how great it is to work for such an institution, he instead, to my dismay, told me how concerned he is that woke culture has taken over.
Some of it he can laugh off. For example, he recently received a circulation from his NHS Trust, which sought to educate staff on “pansexuals”. However, he is genuinely concerned that resources and finances are being diverted into such woke initiatives, rather than into care for cancer patients. He lamented the “failing microscopes” and “lack of infrastructure”.
He also told me of a neighbouring NHS Trust, which was “awarded millions”, in order to set up a ‘gender surgery’ service. He told me how desperately “cancer services need a boost” and expressed a wish that money could be diverted away from surgeons “making willies” and into the double mastectomies that increasing numbers of women unfortunately require for breast cancer.

Australia - Larping Porn Creator Appointed by Medical Association
On her substack, Women’s Voices Genevieve Gluck reports:
Trans-Identified Male Hired by Australian Medical Association Sharing Self-Made BDSM Porn on Social Media
Feb 25, 2025
The Australian Medical Association (AMA) in Victoria has hired a "fetishistic" trans-identified male to act as a regulatory liaison officer for medical professionals. Brooke Collins, who publicly posts BDSM pornography on social media, wields influence over medical professionals and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and in his role as a liaison, works with both AHPRA and medical colleges.
Collins was hired in April of this year, following the Australian Medical Association's endorsement of "gender affirming care" for children, including the use of drugs to halt the puberty of minors. In a statement published in June of 2023, the AMA announced their support for "gender-affirming care," including the use of drugs to halt the puberty of minors.
"The AMA unequivocally supports the health and welfare of people who identify as LGBTQIA+, which includes trans and gender diverse people seeking and undergoing gender-affirming care," reads the statement.

Nice Men
I have only just caught up with this interesting discussion on her substack, Practising Disobedience by Naomi Cunningham ( who is representing nurse, Sandie Peggie). My experience is that my male friends will listen to me sympathetically but won’t get involved in the fight or stop voting Labour (to give just two examples). I am sure lots of you will have some interesting examples, readers, so please let us know them (and you can add in ‘nice women’ if you want).
Nice men and the reality of sex
Recognition and bafflement
Oct 28, 2024
I am lucky to know lots of nice men.
Many of the nice men I know agree with me viscerally and whole-heartedly about the reality and importance of sex, and are willing to speak up about it. They get it that women are entitled to our own boundaries when it comes to washing, undressing, sleeping, using the toilet. They understand that we don’t have to be religious or unusually vulnerable to be entitled to use the toilet in a public place without glimpsing a man’s size 9s under the partition between cubicles. They understand that when we express a preference for a female health-care provider, we shouldn’t be asked to explain why; and that if we see a man approaching us with a speculum, we are entitled to our “no” whatever he may be wearing and however he may describe his identity. They can even guess (no flies on these chaps) what might possibly go wrong if a teenage boy who says he’s a girl is allowed to share a dormitory on a school trip with a roomful of teenage girls (or vice versa). They see why rape victims of either sex might not wish to be counselled by a man, however he identifies, and whatever government certificates he may hold.
Some of these men have even heard the word “autogynephilia”, and understand that some proportion of the men who call themselves women and dress as women, including in the workplace, are doing so to indulge a sexual fetish. They understand why we feel quite strongly that we shouldn’t be asked to sacrifice our privacy in order to indulge a fetish. And why the possibility that the owner of the size 9s in the next cubicle is getting off on our discomfort is particularly angering and disturbing.
I know nice men in another category, too. These nice men are friendly to me. They know my views, and they clearly don’t think I’m a hateful bigot because they’re willing to chat to me about many things — including this, up to a point.
It’s the “up to a point” I’m interested in here.

Accessory Organs Of The Female Reproductive System
On the substack Desexing: Medicine As Means, Mothers Grim reports in great detail about ‘trans surgeries’ (including on the Pritzker School of Medicine):
Breast Offerings
The Quest of an Industry
Feb 22, 2025

Many people pass by places like the one in South Florida without another thought. If people knew what went on behind the doors they might be alarmed. When my own daughter left for college I had no idea places such as this had become fixtures in US healthcare. Women from all over the world flock to such facilities in ritualistic fashion to pay homage to the modern religion of ‘gender.’ These are medical facilities where penance is not offered for sins but for being ‘born in the wrong body.’ Offerings are personal sex organs. For this particular center the offerings are only female breasts, the most common organs offered up in sexual reassignment surgery (SRS) centers across the US today.
The American Cancer Society calls breasts, “accessory organs of the female reproductive system.” Any given sex reassignment surgeon might surgically remove these organs on otherwise healthy females several times a day. But that is not all. Chests are then refashioned into simulacrums of the male sex. The nipples are resized, removed, and restitched into a male-like position. Chest contours are reworked. Sometimes a nipple falls off. Some patients opt for tattooed nipples. Others have the surgeon render their female chests devoid of sex characteristics altogether. Sex reassignment surgeon Scott Mosser explains this modern horror with a short video.

Thanks Dusty, I agree with Liz, this has gone on long enough and you really shouldn’t be having to do so much….but we’re grateful that you do.
Naomi Cunningham’s piece is interesting but I’m afraid there are a lot of women like this too. It’s all too much effort for them to do or say anything, let alone make a stand. If everyone took KJK’s advice to call out every little thing, it could be stopped. And as for strip searches by men! On what planet could this be regarded as acceptable. I’d love to hear how a big burly man reacted if he was to be strip search by a woman.
If the EHRC has already ruled it unlawful, why are the police allowing larping transvestites to strip-search women? Get rid of the GRA & a host of other problems will go the way of the dinosaurs. What, in the name of the little wee donkey, are we to do about the NHS? Has the head of NHS England & Wales resigned because Wes Streeting has lost confidence in her? There’s nothing new about the erasure of women’s language but it’s worrying that it’s gone on so long. Naomi Cunningham’s ‘Nice Men’ certainly struck a chord with me; it’s no surprise but still disappointing. I couldn’t bring myself to watch the video on ‘breast offerings’; imagination is a curse as well as a blessing. Thanks for your hard work, Dusty. PS is TT’s endpiece as gruesome as I think it is?
