I have relied on this before a while back but I feel the need for a strong and famous speech from a woman - we have heard many such stirring speeches at Let Women Speak rallies. So here is Joan of Arc at the Battle of Orleans. In the next update I will feature a strong speech from a man ( but not one I have relied on before 😎).
Autogynephilia
As I said in the last update, I am now moving on from this issue but will let Kellie-Jay Keen have the last word on it. Very shocked at what James Lindsay has said. Smelling a rat with regard to the Electoral Commission and the Party of Women - once again, time for the lawyers to step in!!
Caroline Farrow
For those who have forgotten or don’t know about Caroline’s case, here is the report back in October 2022 on the Mail Online when she was arrested for doing tweets that were said to be ‘hate crime’. FFS warning!!!
I am pleased to report that the police have dropped their actions against her and that Caroline will now be taking action against the police. However , the vexatious complainant is continuing with a civil law suit against her!! Caroline has now supplied the following update to those who supported her in this process.
This is going to be quite a long email - I’m writing to tell you about some important - and promising- updates regarding the legal proceedings I’ve been going through in recent months.
But I wanted to start by saying THANK YOU and express my gratitude for your generous support over what has been a harrowing year for me, my husband and children. We’ve really been through the wringer over the past few years and I couldn’t have done it without your words of encouragement, your prayers and of course, your kind donations.
Knowing that my CitizenGO family has my back has meant the world to me.
As you will remember, my latest nightmare began 13 months ago in October, 2022.
I was cooking dinner for my family when two police officers came to my door, barged in without a warrant and proceeded to confiscate mine and my family’s electronic devices, including the Ipad belonging to my autistic 10 year-old, on suspicion of malicious communications and harassment, before dragging me off to spend the rest of the evening in a police cell.
The ordeal did not end there - six months later, four police officers came to my door to arrest me for a second time, (this time I was in the shower), because I had not attended an interview that was due to begin thirty minutes previously.
I had already informed the police that I would not be able to attend due to needing to drop my daughter off at a support group for autistic children, and asked them to reschedule, but to no avail. I came home, jumped in the shower and bang, bang, bang, there they were, rattling my door frame to gain entry, while I was literally only clad in a towel. Fortunately, they did allow me 10 minutes to get dressed before carting me off to jail for a second time.
Six weeks later I was given two days' notice that I needed to attend court as the police were applying for a draconian ‘stalking protection order’ against me. If the court had seen fit to grant this order I would have been assigned an ‘offender manager’ despite not actually being charged, let alone found guilty of a crime, and effectively banned from using the internet and any electronic devices.
The police were demanding that every single electronic device belonging to every member of my family was logged and installed with monitoring software and that I would need to seek permission before sending any electronic messages. I would not be allowed to text my husband, my parents, or my adolescent children, without first seeking express consent. Furthermore, the police wanted me to hand over the passwords to my email and social media accounts and the ability to enter my home without any warning between the hours of 8am and 8pm to monitor whether or not I was complying with the order.
This would have meant that the police could have come into my house at any time they chose and demanded to see my electronic devices and if I did not comply, or they believed that I had been communicating without permission, I would have been immediately arrested and thrown into prison.
As you can imagine, it was terrifying. They wanted to treat me as though I was a paedophile or terrorist, simply because I was the latest victim of a notoriously litigious transgender male.
This is where you came in.
Thanks to your generosity, CitizenGO was able to pay for some expert lawyers who were able to unravel and disprove the malicious and manufactured allegations.
Firstly, the stalking protection order application was discontinued.
Then, a few weeks ago, I received a notification that Surrey Police had referred my case to the Crown Prosecution Service who have determined that I will not face any criminal charges, because there is no evidence to support the allegations against me.
This is obviously fabulous news and there are not enough words to express my relief. I cannot tell you how stressful it has been, having these malicious allegations and the threat of prosecution hanging over my head for the past year.
This categorically would not have happened, if CitizenGO hadn’t been able to secure me the best criminal representation.
However, it doesn’t end there.
I am fighting my third civil lawsuit in four years, brought by this same individual over alleged ‘misuse of private information’ for defending myself against his repeated attempts to de-platform me in the media.
The case will likely be heard sometime in 2024.
I also intend to take legal action against Surrey Police.
Surrey Police need to repay the defence costs against the Stalking Protection Order. It is not simply that their application failed; their own legal team advised them that this should never have been brought and would be rejected by a court.
On the day of the hearing, Surrey Police’s own lawyers looked at my defence and realised that the application could go no further and would not be granted. Their negligence and lack of proper investigation meant that I had to pay lawyers to mount an unnecessary defence. Surrey Police has a legal obligation to repay my costs.
I also intend to pursue Surrey Police for wrongful arrest and the harm and distress they have caused to my entire family. I was arrested in front of my children; two of whom have complex autism.
As a result of having had her Ipad seized, my daughter began to hide her treasured belongings under the bed or in the cupboard, in case the police returned to take more of her things. My young son also needed comfort and reassurance from his teachers, having seen his mother dragged off by police officers. All of my children have been living in fear of another knock at the door and are traumatised by police officers.
All because I misgendered someone on the internet.
This is not simply about compensation for the harm suffered, although I admit it would be nice to take the children on holiday, but because I want to ensure that nobody else has to go through a similar ordeal.
This situation happened because Surrey Police have been indoctrinated with LGBT ideology and were immediately biased against me from the start. They adopted a partisan approach and their investigation consisted of believing the other party, on account of their transgender status as opposed to considering my side of the story. The police were prepared to walk all over my rights enshrined in articles 8,9 and 10 of the Human Rights Act, because they claimed, I was at risk of committing ‘serious crime’.
When the evidence was independently examined, both in the case of their abandoned stalking protection order, and for the potential offence of ‘Malicious Communications’ it was abundantly clear that I had not committed any criminal offence.
Surrey Police need to be held to account and hit in the pocket, so that they learn that they must stop policing mothers on the internet and instead start policing the streets.
Nonetheless, it is an incredible relief following the stress of the past year, to learn that I will not be facing charges and you played an enormous part in this, whether through your generous donations, or your words of encouragement and support.
With gratitude,
Caroline Farrow and the entire CitizenGO Team
Best of luck to Caroline in defending the case against the individual who is harassing her and in taking action against the police. See today’s update from JL on the Glinner update for more examples of the police acting like the Stasi ( one of which I also reported on in my last update):

Legal cases on this issue are going to be very important as I always say.
Women’s Rights Network
Shout out as ever to WRN whose latest excellent newsletter is just out. Just one piece from that.
Defining Women in Scotland
A Bill has just been introduced to the Scottish Parliament to repeal the definition of "woman" from the 2018 Gender Representation on Public Boards Act (GRPB).
The 2018 GRPB Act defined “woman” as, ‘a person who has the protected characteristic of gender reassignment (within the meaning of section 7 of the Equality Act 2010) if, and only if, the person is living as a woman and is proposing to undergo, is undergoing or has undergone a process (or part of a process) for the purpose of becoming female.'
For Women Scotland applied for Judicial Review of the wording and, following their successful appeal last year, the new bill was introduced and will become law after royal assent.
Wales WRN commented on the success, “Excellent and well done! We only wish @WelshGovernment were paying attention instead of blindly pushing on. Looks like we’ll be taking tips from you.” The same issue is live in Wales and once it is understood, most people say no to self-ID.
I am not sure how this interacts, if at all, with the recent dismissal of the appeal by For Women Scotland. Sounds great though!! Enormous congratulations to For Women Scotland!!
The Census
Thanks as ever to my mate, Fingers for the Times cuttings and I am just using one of those tonight.
James Beal (Questions over accuracy of figures on trans migrants 09 November) reports:
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) has been accused of risking public trust in the census after suggesting transgender migrants might be coming to the UK due to its civil rights.
Experts at the ONS yesterday refused to admit that they may have overestimated the transgender population of the UK, recorded as 262,000 during the 2021 census.
They did, however, acknowledge that some may have misunderstood a question about gender after those who spoke English poorly were found to be five times more likely to report that they were transgender.
The ONS said it was “not possible to quantify any potential under or overestimate“ of the transgender population and suggested there may be other “cultural factors“ at play.
Sounds like the ONS are doing everything they can to wriggle out of the corner they are in due to their misleading question.
The question asked was: “Is the gender you identify with the same as your sex registered at birth?”. That may be difficult enough for some people who have English as their first language to understand!!
Women’s Pool
Thanks to a wonderful reader for referring the next two matters to me.
Sanchez Manning in The Mail Online ( Women pool star refuses to play against anyone who is not biologically female amid a bitter row over transgender competitors 11 November) reports:
One of the world's top ranked women pool players is refusing to play against anyone who is not biologically female in professional competitions amid a bitter row over transgender competitors.
Alexandra Cunha, who is fifth in the international ranking for female pool players, took the stance after the rules of her sport were changed last week to allow men who identify as women to play in ladies' tournaments that command thousands in prize money.
She is one of dozens of professional female players who are now rebelling against the growing number of trans players who are playing professionally in the women's pool leagues.
They argue that the involvement of players who identify as female but were born male in ladies' competitions is deeply unfair because they have a clear physical edge over women competitors.
These advantages include possessing greater upper body strength enabling them to make a more powerful initial 'break' of the balls which can dictate the direction of a game, the women say.
Alexandra Cunha
In addition, trans players are said to be able to play games at a faster pace and have an extended reach when taking shots due to their longer arm span.
The dispute is the latest upset in an ongoing debate over whether trans competitors should be allowed to compete into female categories, which countless sporting disciplines are grappling with.
Ms Cunha, who is based in the UK but is captain of the Portuguese women's national pool team, told the Mail on Sunday: 'I've been playing pool since I was 17 and I'm fifth in the world but I'm risking throwing everything away over this because I hate unfairness.
'I recently played a transgender player and I was destroyed when I lost.'
The 49-year-old also revealed that she wrote this week to the head of a major tournament, known as the International Rules Pool Tour, pulling out of the event.
She informed the organisers: 'As we live in a free world and I will stand up for what I believe is fair, I will not play against any players that wasn't born a woman independently of being a first round or a final.'
Ms Cunha said she offered to continue with the tour if her rules of play were accepted, but she was simply told that her entry fee would be refunded.
The controversy now rocking the top levels of women's professional pool began on October 24 when the sport's international governing body, the World Eightball Pool Federation (WEPF), changed the rules over trans players' participation in female tournaments.
Initially, in August, with increasing numbers of trans players applying to play in women's tournaments, the WEPF had put out a joint statement with its main sponsor the Ultimate Pool Group ruling that 'these events will be exclusively open to individuals who are born female.'
But just eight weeks later there was a shock reversal in this decision, which a number of women players have suggested was made under pressure of legal threats from trans competitors.
The WEPF and Ultimate Pool issued an update on 'competition eligibility for transgender and non-binary players' stating that there would be no discrimination on the grounds of gender identity.
They stipulated that they would operate a gender 'self-identification policy' for competitors, but added that they reserved the right to test that testosterone had been suppressed to the levels required of trans athletes by the International Olympic Committee.
Within a week of this announcement more than 60 professional female pool players joined forces through a WhatsApp support group to oppose the changes, the Mail on Sunday has been told.
One player, Lynne Pincher, said: 'When I heard the announcement last week I spent most of the day in tears - especially because it came after the announcement eight weeks earlier that it was finally going to be a fair field.
'I'm worried now about the future of the game for women. If next year we had eight trans player they would probably be in the top eight.'
Last night Olympian Sharron Davies, who has been a vocal supporter of women's sports remaining single sex, branded the decision to allow trans players to play in female pool competitions as 'heart breaking'.
She said: 'Pool is a male-dominated sport, like so many, and these women have worked hard to get their own tour.
'These organisations know their game is sex-affected. They know women need their own tournaments to grow female participation & opportunities. They must show courage and decency and stand up for women.'
Well done, Alexandra Cunha…and Sharron, of course!
Endemetriosis Charity Appoints a Trans Identifying Man as CEO
This is a real FFS report!!
John Ely and Tom Cotterill on Mail Online (Outrage as charity for endometriosis - a painful womb condition - appoints a trans woman as CEO: Critics slam Labour activist's appointment as an 'insult to women' 13 November) report:
A health charity for a womb condition that can leave women in agony for years has come under fire for appointing a trans woman as their new chief executive.
Endometriosis South Coast (ESC) announced on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Labour activist Steph Richards would be leading the organisation.
Ms Richards has previously claimed trans people can change their biological sex 'a little bit' and boasted about running a 'safe space' where men could dress up as women in secret, including as 'schoolgirls'.
ECS's announcement of Ms Richards' appointment also came with a statement next to her image that said: 'Isn't it ridiculous I've got to my 40s before any medical professionals even mentioned endometriosis.'
Trans women, who are biological males that identify as women, do not and cannot have a uterus and, therefore, can never suffer from endometriosis.
Feminist author Milli Hill argued that the appointment was no different to a controversial case last year where a man was appointed Scotland's first ever period dignity officer
The appointment of Ms Richards, who uses the pronouns she and her and has undergone £30,000 in treatment and surgery to transition, was met with backlash.
Caroline Ffiske, director of Conservatives for Women, said she was in 'disbelief', adding: 'It’s an insulting appointment. It’s an insult to women.
'It’s an absolutely shocking appointment. There’s just disbelief and despair among the entire community.'
Kellie-Jay Keen, founder of Let Women Speak movement, was critical of the language used by the charity and said it 'ignored women' and branded the appointment 'barmy'.
'Everyone has lost their collective minds,' she added. 'The losers are women who suffered from endometriosis who have to rely on a charity that won’t call them "women" but "people" but who will call a man a woman.’
What is endometriosis?
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other places, including the ovaries and fallopian tubes.
The long-term condition affects women of any age, including teenagers.
'This is an absolute disaster and affront to all women who suffer from endometriosis, which is about 10 per cent of women. It’s really insulting.
'I think it’s doubly insulting they will use female language for him but not for a sufferer of the condition.'
The appointment also sparked outrage online, with critics lashing out on X.
One person wrote: 'You have failed every single woman who is currently using your services.'
One person, who claimed to have suffered from the condition for years, added: 'As a woman who suffered with endometriosis for decades, I simply cannot fathom why you’d think this appointment is appropriate.'
On it's website, Endometriosis South Coast said it is an 'inclusive charity set up to support people who haven’t started their diagnosis journey, are going through the diagnosis stages, or have been diagnosed with endometriosis and/or adenomyosis'.
It added that it aims to create a 'safe space for all people with the condition regardless of race, gender, or religion.
'This disease does not discriminate and neither do the people who run this charity,' the organisation added on its website.
The charity was later forced to clarify that the posted statement was not from Ms Richards and apologised for the 'misunderstanding'.
'This quote is from a person that our charity supports. Not from Steph herself,' they wrote.
'Steph is a huge advocate for what people on the endo community go through.
'This is why they were appointed, not because they have their own endo journey.'
Feminist author Milli Hill also took issue with Ms Richards' appointment, arguing on X that it was no different to the case last year where a man was appointed Scotland's first ever period dignity officer.
The charity was eventually forced to issue an apology and clarify that the quote came from a person the charity supported rather than Ms Richards herself
Some endometriosis suffers, like a user who only went by IDD64, said they struggled to understand how the charity could consider this appropriate
That position, controversially given to tobacco salesman turned macho personal trainer Jason Grant, was axed following the furore.
While Ms Richards hasn't responded to the outrage over her appointment directly, she responded to Ms Hill's post, stating: 'I was researching issues around pregnancy and women's health well over two decades ago.
'Strangely in those days "sex" didn't come into it.'
Ms Richards has previously argued to Ms Hill that people can change their biological sex, male or female, 'a bit'.
Now in her 70s, Ms Richards has previously detailed her journey to becoming a trans woman on her blog.
In that account, she details, how alongside her ex-wife Lin, she created a safe space where men could cross-dress in secret from their families.
'Some wanted to be schoolgirls and brides, of course, but for most, it was a case of wearing a dress, having a coffee, or for the very brave, going out for a shopping experience,' she wrote.
ECS claims to support 'people' going through endometriosis, a condition where womb tissue grows in parts of the female anatomy it shouldn't, such as ovaries and fallopian tubes.
Symptoms include pain in the pelvis and abdomen, extremely painful periods, pain during sex, trouble conceiving, with the huge impact on sufferers also potentially leading to depression.
About one in ten women in the UK are believed to have endometriosis.
Despite being so common, many women struggle to have their pain and symptoms taken seriously and can be forced to wait decades for a diagnosis.
In Praise of JL
A Pocketful of Posies ( from a recent JL update).
As most of my readers will know, JL produces two weekly reports on the Glinner Update entitled ‘A Week in the War on Women’ - one contains ‘horror stories’ and one is entitled the Good News Supplement ( to give us all relief after the horror stories!).
JL maintains two absolutely invaluable resources.
This never happens. In response to those who say that there is nothing to fear from trans identifying men she has a database that she adds to continually of violent and dangerous trans-identifying men - click on a name and you can get full details:
https://grahamlinehan.substack.com/p/this-never-happens
The myth of both sides. Commentators on the gender debate are fond of the ‘both sides’ trope. But it is a myth. In truth, only one side is trying to impose a political dogma on the other using intimidation, violence and the forcible suppression of any opposition.
Once again JL provides an updated database, going back to 2014!!

JL! What a star you are!
Endpiece
OK, we need to chill after all of that!
I have more paid work tomorrow, so next update will either be Tuesday if I can get through the work in time or Wednesday.
Excellent KJK, not so good Genspect.
Thanks Dusty, love the animal video.
