When I am out on a walk my addled brain, pondering this gender ideology nonsense, sometimes alights on something random.
For example, one day I thought of Elvis’ It’s Only Make Believe and thought it would be a good song to use to describe the trans ideology ( maybe they could have it as a theme tune :)).

And then another day it occurred to me that the way the black detective, Virgil Tibbs slowly turns around the racist sheriff, Sheriff Gillespie in In The Heat of the Night reminded me of us gender critical campaigners plugging away and slowly convincing more and more people.

The latest random thought was probably related to some people occasionally comparing Kellie-Jay to Marilyn Monroe. This made me think of the great 1959 film Some Like It Hot where Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, trying to escape some gangsters who are after them, decided to disguise themselves as women and join Monroe’s all girl band Sweet Sue and her Society Syncopators. Of course, Curtis and Lemmon do not say that they actually are women in the film. Additionally, despite the best efforts of the make up and wardrobe teams, they still clearly look and sound like blokes which I think is part of the humour. Indeed the emphasis throughout on the falsity of these disguises really comes out in the final scene of the film. The last two lines ( which I won’t tell you, of course :)) are priceless!
One of the great trans mythologies is that there have always been trans people. They probably think there were trans people during the Stone Age! Mind you some of the worst of the anti-women activists (AWAs) probably wouldn’t have been out of place in the Stone Age! They don’t like speaking very much, for example. If there were lots of trans people about in 1959 why didn’t they come forward to object about the portrayals by Lemmon and Curtis? That was because there were virtually none if any of them but what there were were heterosexual transvestites ( see the work of Genevieve Gluck). At a much later stage some people ( such as Kinsey and Money) had a eureka moment and decided they should all start pretending that they were women.
All thoughts gratefully received.

LOVE the wolves. My daughter and I are big fans of wolves. We’ve got a small wolf centre near us at Reading UK where you can take them for a walk and have a stroke. My German Shepherd always joins in with the howling.
